To commemorate National Apprenticeship Week 2024, our 2022 apprentice cohort attended the MetaGedu Apprenticeship Awards, and came home triumphant! All three of our 2022 Apprenticeship cohort Kamran, Jorge and Ethan received a number of nominations. Ethan was named Apprentice of the Year, and Kamran proudly took home the Highly Commended Award.
We partnered with Charles Stanley Wealth Managers, based in the City of London, to establish their first apprenticeship scheme. These paid placements, for an 18 month period, gave young people an opportunity to understand the world of Wealth Management and gain practical experience. All whilst studying towards an apprenticeship standard qualification relevant to the role.
Our three Apprentices have gone on to show a great eagerness to learn and have impressed across the business so much that they have gained themselves permanent roles within Charles Stanley. We truly believe that this is only the beginning of many great achievements and successes that they will go on to accomplish across their careers.
