Career Insight Days

Here's a recap of our most recent work experience career insight day with the design & manufacturer Steelcase.

What we do

Work experience

Completing our WYZ For Work course gives young people access to work experience with our partners through placements and career insight days. Meet recruiters, learn employability skills, boost your CV.

Online accredited courses

From financial literacy to employability, these life-skills 'WYZ' programmes equip young people of underrepresented backgrounds for success in the future. Enrol now as an individual or embed our course into your school or youth group.

Schools & youth group workshops

WYZ® for Work has helped many of our partner schools to achieve Gatsby Benchmarks including access to the workplace and work experience. We work with some of the UK's leading employers to offer high-quality career insight days and work placements.

Apprenticeships & other paid opportunities

We're committed to helping young people find meaningful employment. In 2022, we facilitated paid opportunities at two leading firms in Consultancy and Wealth Management industries. Registrations are now open for Wealth Management apprenticeships, starting Sept 2023.

Tech donations from corporates to schools

Supporting under-funded schools in the UK by providing technology devices and academic resources.

Empowering through representation

Interviews and insights to highlight the experiences of Black and Ethnic Minority individuals, whether in the workplace or in everyday life. We also highlight the positive contributions from Ethnic Minority individuals.
