Claiming your work experience travel costs
If you've attended work experience with one our our partner companies or attended a Career Insight day, we'll cover the cost of your travel!
Step 1
How much can you claim?
You'll need to provide either your London travel zone or home post code so that we can work out how much you're entitled to claim. We will then allow you to claim the amount below depending on your age. You don't need to provide any receipts but we will confirm your attendance when you reach your work experience,

If you live outside or Zone 6 or London, the maximum we will allow are the amounts stated for Zone 6.
If these amounts are not enough to cover your public transport, you will need to let us know by email (wyz@openpalm.org.uk) and provide receipts evidencing your cost.
Step 4
Once we have confirmed your attendance, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 working days.
