There are long-standing systemic issues facing the Black and Minority Ethnic community. It is time for bold action. With Black UK households being the most likely of all ethnic groups to earn a weekly household income of less than £400, and with a mere 4.7% of the top UK leadership positions held by Black and Minority Ethnic people, we want to tackle socio-economic disparities that have now widened due to COVID-19.
